[SNMP4J] SNMP4J - range

Hello,

My network has such IP Addresses: 156.17.236.1 - 156.17.236.254.
SNMP Agent is a specific device produced by Microsens with IP address: 
156.17.236.206, I know that it is listening on the IP address, not only one 
the "localhost: address. I tried to use iReasoning MIB Browser to connect 
and get infrormation from my agent, but I have the same problem (operation 
time out when I run it from other network) and that is why I wonder if it is 
possible to connect using SNMP protocol (with UDP trannsport and port 161).

I will be grateful for your help
