[SNMP4J] SNMP Server (not a client)

  I have used other Java based SNMP packages to successfully create clients 
(ie query/set an SNMP device).  However, I need to create a virtual SNMP 
device (SNMP Server) for testing purposes.  So far I have only seen code 
snippets that wait for TRAPS/INFORMS.

  Is there a simple code example for SNMP4j where it is being used as a 
server?  Ie. it sits on a port receiving SNMP requests which in turn sends 
back SNMP packets?
