[SNMP4J] calculating memory usage percentage

Hi, 
   Does anyone happen to know how the memory size
retrieved from hrSWRunPerfMem(1.3.6.1.2.1.25.5.1.1.2)
is calculated?  I am trying to calculate the
percentage of the memory usage percentage like the
"top" command in linux.  Thanks in advance
