[SNMP4J] SNMP4J Generics and Callable

Hi Matthias,

I have already a set of JUnit tests for SNMP4J.
However these are totally undocumented and
need some consolidation before they can be
released to the public. The release of the
JUnit tests was scheduled for SNMP4J 2.0.
