[SNMP4J] SNMP4J 1.7 and SNMP4J-Agent 1.0beta1 Released

Hi Matthieu,

The BaseAgent needs indeed some more refactoring and documentation.
If you do not want to support object serialization (persistent
ManagedObjects), then you can overwrite the loadConfig(int) and
saveConfig() methods of BaseAgent in your subclass with empty
methods. Then you can provide a null value for the config file.

However, the boot counter should be persistently stored (for example
in the windows registry). You should overwrite the getEngineBoots()
method to provide your own mechanism.
