Common case, but it's not the issue here; it's a table not scalar.

IpNetToMediaTable is indexed with ipNetToMediaIfIndex ipNetToMediaNetAddress,
so we have 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.22.1.3.x.y

My guess is that dvd at gazeta.pl is just using snmp get instead
of getnext for querying 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.22.1.3.x  (notice missing
'y' here).
