You will have to use a MIB compiler to accomplish
this. I recommend to do this at compile-time
instead of run-time. So AgenPro is one approach
to generate a name-to-OID mapping from a MIB
file. MIB Explorer Pro can be used too.
For run-time MIB access, JASMI (part of MIB Designer),
Mibble, SMI4Java, etc. can be used.
