[SNMP4J] getDenseTable help

I'm looking for example source code and how to use getDenseTable method.
After reading the SNMP4J docs it appears that the SNMP4J command line
tools source would be a good resource to become familiar with the use of
SNMP4J API.  I was unable to find the source code for the mentioned
program.  Is it included in the standard distribution or is it located
elsewhere?
