[SNMP4J] Only port 161 ?

Hi Frank,

I don't see where the TestAgent listens on both ports 161 for GET/SET and
162 for TRAPS. I only see one port open for listening. Shouldn't it always
listen to both at the same time ?  Of course, my question is how would you
change that ? ( I tried adding transportmappings but that didn't work so
well.)
