[SNMP4J] dual processor architecture

Verify if any of the required varbind is missing in the out going
packet. Or it could be possible that the Varbind type(OID Type integer,
Gauge etc.) is mis-matching. Always look for an Error Index value to
point to the right Varbind in the list.
