[SNMP4J] agentX subagent

Hi Thomas,

SNMP4J-AgentX will be released on Friday (definitely ;-)
I wanted to release it on Monday, but found a small flaw
in an interface. SNMP4J-AgentX will be released under
GNU license and a commercial license similar to the
AgentX++ license.
