[SNMP4J] AgenPro Scalar Class Generation

Jesse,

It's absolutely OK to generate those inner classes also
for read-only scalars. Overriding the get() method is
a good way to update an object/return its actual value.

With the next release, there will also be the option to
register for access of a ManagedObject (including scalars)
and to update its value externally.

In AgenPro 2.5 there will be an option to enable code
generation for read-only scalars.

Best regards,
Frank
