[SNMP4J] Test snmp4j-agent's TestAgent.java questions.

Hey All:
 I'm run the TestAgent.java to test snmp4j using snmp4j.exe under 
snmp4j-tools folder. The command type in snmp4j.exe is below:

SNMP4J -c public -v 2c -p GET udp:localhost/161 "1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0"

but the result is timeout, and the TestAgent side result is "Community name 
'public' not found in SNMP-COMMUNITY-MIB",  how can i resolve this question 
and can say something more about how to set and use community in 
snmp4j-agnet.
