[SNMP4J] Generic and specific trap for SNMP v2 and v3

Hello Peter,

the "generic" and "specific" trap fields of the
SNMPv1 trap PDU are not available in the SNMPv2(c)
and SNMPv3 notification PDUs. Here you specify
the notification OID. See also RRC 3584.
