[SNMP4J] SNMP V1 TRAP

Hello,

   Can anybody help me to generate a V1 SNMP trap with the command line 
tool for windows of snmp4j? Im trying this command, but i don't receave 
nothing in my NNM console:

SNMP4J.exe -c public -v 1 -p V1TRAP 10.60.12.20 
"1.3.6.1.4.1.999999.0.1={s}pppkkklll"
