[SNMP4J] When the privacy passwd is wrong, the agent has no response! Why?

Hi everybody!
    I have some problems while useing snmp4j-agent. When use it as an agent, and when I send a SNMPv3 request with wrong auth password or wrong privacy passwd or wrong username, the agent throws a BER decode exception ,and has no response until the request is timed out!

    This is Chinese:
"我在使用snmp4j-agent的时候，遇到一些问题。当我使用错误的访问密码或者错误的私有密码或者错误的用户名发送一个SNMPv3请求时，agent会发生异常，且没有返回响应，一直到请求超时。"
