[SNMP4J] Regarding WRITE_ONLY variables

Hi Nidhin,

This is a bug in the class DefaultMOTable which I will fix soon.
However, the writeOnly maximum access type is obsolete and no
longer supported by the IETF. SMIv2 does no longer support it.
That's also the reason why I have thoroughly tested this.
