[SNMP4J] snmp message processing error

Hi!
 I have a problem. I used the example from this page: http://www.snmp4j.org/doc/index.html
to write my own SNMP manager, but unfortunately, my application fails with this message:
Exception in thread "main" org.snmp4j.MessageException: Message processing model 0 returned error: -1402
	at org.snmp4j.MessageDispatcherImpl.sendPdu(MessageDispatcherImpl.java:418)
	at org.snmp4j.Snmp.sendMessage(Snmp.java:948)
	at org.snmp4j.Snmp.send(Snmp.java:799)
	at org.snmp4j.Snmp.send(Snmp.java:755)
How could I solve this problem? What is the reason?
