[SNMP4J] GET by version 3 and Authentication No Privacy

Hi!

I have a problem with SNMP4J.
I am trying to send GET message by SNMP4J Stack from other snmp agent
version 3 and with Authentication No Privacy.

First of all Stack sends GET message.
Other agent sends report with authoritative Engine ID, Engine Boots, Engine
Time.
The problem is that next GET message from Stack contains Engine ID, User Name,
Autentication Parameter, but does not have Engine Boots and Engine Time!

Dump (by Ethereal in libpcap format) added in attachment.

Is this a bug?
