[SNMP4J] SNMP walk issue

I was going to dig in to the code to see how SNMP4J will handle a certain
protocol error, but thought I would see if someone already knows.

The issue relates to a device that returns the same OID on a getNext. Does
SNMP4J detect an error if I send a PDU with GETNEXT and the device returns
the same OID in the response?

I can do my own investigation and report back, but just wanted to see if
someone already knows.
