[SNMP4J] applet: no response

Hi,

I have a simple applet that uses SNMP4J to retreive some information of a
CMTS. Everything works fine when I try to reach localhost. But when I want
to poll the CMTS, the Java Applet keeps loading en doesn't start.
Eventually I get a nullpointerexception (because the response is null).

If I run ethereal I can see that the SNMP requests and responses are normal.

When I try the same code in a real application (no applet), it works.

Does anyone know what the problem is?
