[SNMP4J] Fix in v1.1.2

Hi,
   
  The following fix in v1.1.2 does not seem to work.
   
  GET or SET requests on OIDs within the
  subtree of a MOScalar now returns noSuchInstance
  and noCreation respectively (instead noSuchObject
  and noSuchName).

  I am getting the following error from the agent.
