[SNMP4J] Extending Agent

Hi David,

You should be able to register a UDP Transport mapping
on a different port. However, you cannot register
the transport mapping with the MessageDispatcher, because
the MessageDispatcher assumes that the data exchanged
is SNMP (BER).
