[SNMP4J] snmp4j v3 inform & traps missing engineid

Hi.

I am trying to send a a trap from the snmp4j agent. I tried to follow up the
heart beat exemple. However i am totally unable to make the agent informs
apear on the manager. I am using the net-snmp trap receiver. Here is the
scenarios:

1) i can see (from the sniffer) that an inform being sent from the agent
2) i can see (from the sniffer) that the trap receiver always replies win a
report back to the agent.
3) however the trap receiver always complains that the engine id is unknown.
I have setup the correct auth methods and i think all is configured well
because i can do get/getnext/walk using v3. The only thing i am missing so
far is the v3 trap/inform.

Speaking with the net-snmp folks they seem to thing that the agent is
missing an auto-discovery of the correct engineid. Apparently the agent is
supposed to fire a request for autodiscovering the engineid before sending
the actual trap. Can someone confirm this please ?
