[SNMP4J] v3 examples

Hello,
My first post here so I may be asking something that has been documented
already.

I need to create a manager that can request data from a v3 agent but w/o any
security.  Of course to test it, I'll need to create a v3 agent that doesn't
use security.  I believe that I need to use a UserTarget instead of a
CommunityTarget but I'm unsure how to accomplish that. Is there a way to
accomplish that?  Is there a code example of how to do this?
