[SNMP4J] Question on SNMP V3 Trap

Hi All,

Is it a standard practice for SNMP agents to publish their Engine IDs so 
that NMS applications can receive SNMP v3 traps from them? If not, what 
is the standard industry practice when it comes to sending SNMPv3 traps?
