[SNMP4J] SNMP Agent

Hi Roberto,

a SNMP agent that sends traps only is
not a good design in most cases (traps
are unreliable). See the SNMP FAQ at
com.protocols.snmp for the "trap directed
polling" concept.

SNMP4J-Agent comes with a simple example
agent called TestAgent.java.
