[SNMP4J] Create Agent SNMP

Hi all!
I'm starting in SNMP and I'm  trying to do a simple agent to manage an 
application.
I don't know how links Agent with my application variables. I need it 
because when Agent receives GET REQUEST (for example), it replies with 
variables values in this moment.
I hope your answers.
