[SNMP4J] help w/ MOTable

Hi folks.

I'm writing an agent, and I want to register a table with the DefaultMOServer.

I'm confused on exactly what the purpose is of the MOTableIndex, which is one
of the arguments for creating a table.

The javadoc is a little sparse - is there an example or tutorial that might
shed some light on this topic? If there's nothing specific to SNMP4J, is there
an RFC that would suffice?
