[SNMP4J] Implementing SNMP Statistics MIB

Hi Gopalakrishna,

SNMP4J-Agent supports all *current* MIB objects
in the 1.3.6.1.2.1.11 subtree of the SNMPv2-MIB
published as RFC 3418. There are many obsoleted
objects in the tree, which are not supported.
