[SNMP4J] Simple suggestion

Hello all,
  just to have a better "control" over the application and its updates, why not changing the distribution JAr file from "SNMP4J.jar" to something more precise like "snmp4j-1.7.6.jar", "snmp4j-1.8.2.jar", "snmp4j-1.9.3c.jar" and so on?

It's probably "bad" because developers need to change the lib files, classpath and so on... But it's nicer to be sure about the version of SNMP4J that it's using.
