[SNMP4J] MacAddress datatype

Hi Boss134,

On the wire, only SNMP datatypes are exchanged.
The type is defined by the TEXTUAL-CONVENTION
definition:

TimeStamp := TimeTicks
DateAndTime := OctetString
MacAddress := OctetString
