[SNMP4J] GetBulk Response

Hi Aditya,

The NET-SNMP snmpbulkget uses GETNEXT if it does
not get any useful GETBULK repsonse from the agent.
May be that is what you are observing. Have you
checked the packets that have been exchanged with
a sniffer?
