[SNMP4J] Issue with snmpv3 authentication

 Hi,

We are using snmp4j APIs to communicate with MIMIC.
We are facing one issue related to authentication.

If we use a wrong user name (abcUser) and password (abcUser), then we
are getting Error status 0 with OID 1.3.6.1.6.3.15.1.1.3.0
