[SNMP4J] How to test snmp traps

Hi,

I'm currently writing a test sample to see how to send a trap using snmp4j.  Is there a "simple" way of setting up my local machine such that I can generate a "fake" trap, send it to a local destination, and monitor this, all in my local machine?  Thanks in advance.
