[SNMP4J] How to get Bytes per second for each interface ID

Hi Frank,

I have the following OID to get the information from the SNMP devices,

ifInOctets = 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10
ifOutOctets = 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16

The above OID provide value in total bytes, this make an issue during
plotting graph, The graph is Y-axis number of bytes (in and out) over
X-axis timeframe (per second, or per minutes)

The OID provide total, but the graph need to display as bytes per
second. What should I do, so that able to generate data to plot the
graph.
