[SNMP4J] Uncaught CancelledKeyException

Patrick,

This is a bug which is caused at some different
code location. There are cases were a channel
is not closed but only its selector key is canceled
instead.

This seems to have a couple of negative consequences.
I will fix the source of the problem for 1.10.2.
