[SNMP4J] SNMP4j - Not receving traps on port 162 in LINUX

Hello,
         I am using SNMP4j stack in my project.On linux the traps are not
received on port 162.
With the same code in windows the traps can be recieved on port 162.
Is there any configuration required in LINUX environment for the same.
