[SNMP4J] Date handling in SNMP4J API

TimeTicks throws an IllegalArgumentException when populating it with the a current date's 100th seconds or milliseconds.

I've seen a couple of old posts to this list from Frank Fock indicating TimeTicks is not designed to hold the current date.

So what's are people using most: OctetString or Counter64?
