[SNMP4J] Mocking snmp4j

Hi,

I would like to mock the snmp4j component. I mean instead of interacting with 
the real snmp agent.
I want to write a dummy snmp agent which will return us the data.
How can we implement using snmp4j api?

I would appreciate your help.
