[SNMP4J] ResponseListener Timeout does not work

I am using SNMP4J V1.10.2.

I use async GET request to check the health of remote SNMP devices.  If the request is timed out, the OnResponse() method of ResponseListener should be called with a null response PDU. In this release, it seems the OnResponse() is never called when timeout happens.  I knew this issue was in V1.9.3 before and based on the release notes, this issue should be fixed in V1.10.1.  But it looks like this issue is still there ......  Please help.
