[SNMP4J] Maven repository checksum failures

I am using the SNMP4J maven repository at
https://server.oosnmp.net/dist/release/ to pull the latest jars for
snmp4j, snmp4j-agentx, and snmp4j-agent. Maven is spitting out
warnings indicating that the checksum failed for all three of these
jars similar to the following:
