[SNMP4J] Problem Regarding connection

Hi Kumar,

Try to understand the difference between local and remote
IP address and port. For UDP communication you need
both a local address and port as well as a remote
address and port.

Which values are you using for local and remote and how
do you setup them in SNMP4J?
