[SNMP4J] SNMP4J Digest, Vol 77, Issue 3

Hi,

 I am using SNMP4J in my application.

 When i run my application using  SNMP4J on windows, for a IP address, it
finds SNMP response within 1 sec
 When i run my application using SNM4J on linux, for a IP address, it does
not find SNMP response within 30 sec also.

 Do i need to do someting special for Linux
