[SNMP4J] snmpd daemon support for snmp4j

Hi

Can i test the snmp4j code in unix Environment by running the snmpd daemon.

For example : when snmpd daemon works we can use the commands like snmpwalk,
snmpget, snmpset and so on.

Do i have an option like that.
