[SNMP4J] High blocked thread state count for DefaultTCPTransportMapping

Hi,

I am using TCP mapping for my north interface. The server is running high
for memory usage and when the threads are observed under JConsole, i see
following details (with jdk:1.6 and snmp4j:1.11):
*Name: DefaultTCPTransportMapping_<IP>/0
State: RUNNABLE
Total blocked: 587 Total waited:0*

Does this high blocked state count signifies something here? Please provide
your valuable inputs.
