[SNMP4J] port in close_wait state for long time

Hi,

I am using SNMP4J 1.11 with TCPMapping. With x amount of timeout value, i
see sockets are getting opened and closed properly. But one stage, i can see
one of the port is remained in CLOSE_WAIT state for very long time. I can
see one entry in its Recv-Q as below 2nd line.

tcp 0 0 ::ffff:10.200.230.11:37174 ::ffff:10.200.238.40:162 ESTABLISHED
tcp* 1* 0 ::ffff:10.200.230.11:37169 ::ffff:10.200.238.40:162 CLOSE_WAIT

Is this something to be investigated?
