[SNMP4J] SNMP4J 2.0 Beta Test

Hi,

SNMP4J 2.0, SNMP4J-Agent 2.0 and SNMP4J-AgentX 2.0
are now feature complete and ready for beta
testing.

The final release is scheduled for August 22, 2011.

Please report any issue back until August 15.

Major new features are:

* Java 1.6 support (generics)
* TLS transport mapping and security
* Sub-tree proxy (SNMP4J-Agent 2)
* Usage of System.nanoTime() instead
   System.currentTimeMillis() where appropriate.
