[SNMP4J] SNMP4J sending NotInTimeWindow Report though both Entity are in sync

Hi,

I am facing below mentioned problem.


I have attached ems_blue.cap file also.

According to the 
ems_blue.cap below is what happening:
1. NEs (for e.g IPs: 
188.116.222.30, 188.116.247.62 and 109.63.12.120) 
sending
snmpTrap to EMS with 
engineBoots and engineTime as 0 (Ideally this should 
occur
only after rebootstrapping 
the NE or restarting CLAgent on the NE)
2. EMS is sending 
notInTimeWindow REPORT to NE with proper engineBoots 
and
engineTime 
(Expected).
3. NE is updating and resending snmpTrap with proper engineBoots 
and engineTime
(Expected).
4. EMS is still sending notInTimeWindow REPORT to NE (Looking 
weird)
5. Step 3 and 4 repeated 3 
to 5 times
And because of this System hangs and not sending heartbeats.


We 
don’t know what is the reason for sending wrong notInTimeWindow report to NE. 

Can you please help me out.
