[SNMP4J] SNMP4J sending NotInTimeWindow Report though both Entity are in sync

Hi Frank,

I agree with you that NE must not reset EngineBoot to 0.

1)
 But can you pls explain me when NE Resets EngineBoot to 0 what SNMP4J 
does on getting Request from NE ??? I mean why it is sending Report ??

2) Which Class of SNMP4J will be called on getting request from NE (EngineBoot has reset to 0)???

Please help me out.
